Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons of chopped onion

8 oz. Lean ground meat -turkey works well

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

4 oz. Cheddar cheese cut into cubes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Place oil and onion in frying pan and lightly brown.
  3. Combine onion meat, soy, and sage and form around cheese cubes.
  4. Place each in a muffin tin or in a baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
